It will complete the cycle on a lite load...(smell a burning odor with a heavy load...it will not complete cycle with heavy load.

Had a similar problem with another make of washer and it was down to the motor brushes being almost worn out. Repairman said that the main control board had given up and would cost ~ÂŁ140 to replace!!!! Decided to check the brushes and found them very worn. ÂŁ15 for a new set and 10 minutes work sorted the problem.
