Mend epson c46 Epson Printer Cartridge

epson stylus c46 bangs?

I bought a new c46 as back up for my old one. The new one's cartridge holder banged when it reach the middle of the printer. I went back to using my old one, which then did exactly the same. Is this because I moved them? How do I cure it?
