Mend Halstead Gold Combi Boiler Pressure Pcb

bioler often takes anything between 5 and 15 attempts to ignite?

originally the cut out light kept comimg on, on our halstead gold combi and the pcb board was replaced twice. now the boiler either ignites as it should do or makes many attempts prior to successfully igniting (up to 15 sometimes!)
today I noticed the exterior pressure pipe is also leaking (we have replaced the valve once already) and as a result the pressure needs adding to every couple of hours...any help welcome.....at wits end!!!!
