Mend Fiat Bravo 1.2 Idling Fault Cold

Fiat Bravo 1.2 ?

I have an idling fault on my car...Diagnostic showing no fault. Fine from cold but when been out and then left for about an hour or more car shudders, revs shoot up and then car cuts out when idling...Any ideas??????
