Mend Chaffoteaux MX2 30FF Boiler Light Red

I Have combi boiler chaffoteaux mx2 30ff?

Sometimes the burner will not light and two green L.E.D.s light up with the red reset button, could it be the igniter breaking down,i have replaced the electrode
The green L.E.D.s is the code for no flame detection.
