Mend Ford Air Conditioning Working

Air conditioning not working?

Recently got a brand new 09 Ford Mondeo Zetec 1.8 TDCi. Everything is great except the air con. I've followed the manual to the letter but all it does is blow warm air out. Is it the evaporator or could it be something else?
