How can I rewire my BT35A connector box?

Help, I recently had a new SKY box installed. The engineer did,nt go near my phone extension socket located upstairs, but the internet stopped working as soon as he left. I opened the front of the box, a white and a blue wire are connected but there are a white & orange (possibly paired) and a green & white wire where do they go????

I guess the reason for no answers is that you are not supposed to muck around with BT boxes.

My answer is that I have now worked it out & fixed it.
