Mend Hedge Hog HS1000 Wont Move Power

My chainsaw blade won't move when the power is on?

I accidentally tried to cut a solar light post and now my chainsaw, when plugged in, the blade doesn't move but you can hear that the power is on. The chainsaw is a Hedge Hog 18, Catalog HS1000 (I hope that helps).
