Washing Machin is Very Noise when is spining fast?

I have Indesite Washing Machin WG 1130T. It works ok, but when it gose to fast spine its makes very loud noises. I opened the back of the washing machine and I notice that, the belt is movien towords the edge. How can I fix that?
