Mend Zanussi ZDQ495 Faulty Oven Fan

Faulty main oven fan Zanussi ZDQ495?

When I turn my oven on the fan does not turn, I have to spin the fan blades manually to get it to start,
then it is fine.
Once the fan is running it is OK, any ideas please.
