How can I fix my GE Profile Refrigerator/Freezer?

I noticed a glowing red hot coil behind the back wall of the interior of the freezer after my daughter noticed water collecting in the bottom of the freezer. What is the cause of this and how do I correct it?

DISPENSER PROBLEM...No water or ice coming out of dispenser but ice maker works. Night light does not work either. Green lights work for all three functions but when I press the activate switch green light goes out for a couple seconds and comes back on.

My freezer is not freezing, and fridge doesn't feel cold enough. The fan in the freezer is running. I also noticed some leaking of cream colored liquid come from underneath the fridge. What could this possible be, and how can I fix it?

Hello,

This is just your defrost heater lighting up in the defrost mode melting the frost on the evaporator and draning into the pan at the bottom of the refrigerator. This is perfectly normal and nothing to worry about.
