I have an ADT wireless alarm system that somehow lost the signal for the dial tone. They say its not calling in to them. They want to charge me an arm and a leg so they can send someone down to check it out even though its their equipment. I'm stuck with them for another 2 years and they will charge me a couple of thousands of dollars if I break the contract. Can someone please help me?
From what you say, it's your phone company that has a faulty line into your alarm system.
That is not ADT's fault is it?
Get the phone company to check the line
