Mend Singer 513 Timing Broken Machine

Timing?

Had numerous broken gears. Wife is making drapes and now wants to send machine to shop. I've replaced gears but I have a timing issue now. Don't want to admit defeat..How do I set timing. Thanks for your help.Forgot to mention- Singer 513 stylist
