Mend Craftsman 25cc Trimmer Pull Stuck

craftman 25cc trimmer?

The pull cord is stuck and am unable to pull start.
I opened it up and it looks good.I am able to pull the cord when it was open but not when reassembled.
Not sure what the problem is....
