Mend Ariston Change Setting Changed

how do i change the brushes on my ariston margherita cd12t?

the machine has been temperamental for a while, not spinning. i usually run the setting again and it's ok but now nothing. I have changed brushes before but on a different make. the repair man i had out to it last year said the brushes are underneath, i have my machine out and tilted but can't see anything. Please help :)

find the motor underneath machine. brushes are each held in by 2 screws, there is one wire leading to each one.
