Mend Bosch Rotal Start Dry Times

Bosch Rotal Electric Mower Wont start?

I have stored the above in a shed for a couple of years (dry) after only using it a couple of times so it is in pristine condition except when I just tried to use it it will not start. Any ideas as to why when I plug it in and turn it on it is just dead?
