Mend Craftsman 19.5 Lawn Mower Carb

Craftsman 19.5 mower is not getting fuel to carb?

Worked fine, next time, nothing. How does fuel get from the seat tank to the carb? I pour small amount in carb and it burns that, then stops. I can blow air into the tank from the carb, so it is not plugged.
