washer machine banging ?

our washer is banging like mad only on high spin its a indesit 126 please help before we all go mad

If this is a new machine have you taken all of the transit bolts out. If so a damper pin may have come out,a damper may have broken or a suspension spring broken untill you know do not use as this could damage it beyond economical repair. unplug it first though. Good Luck.
