Hi,
I had exactly the same problem i dropped mine on a concrete floor and the screen looks ok on the outside but its cracked on the inside and you cant see anything the only way to get it fixed is take it to a proffesional at a phone shop it's gonna cost you about £40-£45 depending on the shop.
