hi i've got a sukida sk50qt on a 08 plate, its painfully slow, does anyone no how to take it off?

there are two restrictors one is a washer in the variotor (behind the kick start) and the other is a resanating tube pocking out the exhaust the tube will need choppin off and weldin up and the washer needs taking out
