Mend Craftsman 6.5 hp tic Carburetor Engine Lawn Mower

lawn mower starts and cuts off?

my craftsman 6.5 hp tic starts and gets to top idle and shuts off. i have checked and cleaned the plug,cleaned carb and fuel lines. i have another mower with 6.5 briggs with the same problem. fuel is flowing out of tank fine on both. please help?

I had the same issue; new plug did not work, neither did new air filter, oil, gas line/tank clean out...
I decided to buy a new one.
