palm pilot info?

I have a new palm m505, - I am relatively new to the new generation of computers, where can I get a comprehensive instruction guide, which tells me how to use the pilot, both on its own and also how to integrated to a laptop,etc, on which I am still learning, - I have clait level one and two.
