hotpoint ultima wf860?

the blockage is most likely situated in the sump, thats the black hose that runs between the drum to the pump- it is probably scale or sludge preventing the water level from operating the pressure switch via the hard white plastic pipe with hose attached. it needs clearing out, this should sort you but unplug it from the mains and dont cut your wrists open if you attempt this yourself
