How to get rid of test mode
Not sure if you have solved this already, but for anyone else who has this problem and cannot contact Hotpoint here's the solution.
Stop the "TEST" cycle by holding down the "START/CANCEL" Button. ("Test" should disappear off the display)
Then hold down "START/CANCEL" & "ON/OFF" at the same time for a few seconds. The message "d:Off" should appear in the display. Everything should work now.
