Mend Big Bear Petrol Strimmer Spare Parts

Big Bear Spare Parts?

Short while ago I bought a Big Bear Petrol Strimmer, Now the line spool has partly disintergrated and I cant find anyway to obtain a new part. Can anyone help with the information needed? Many thanks Paddy.
