Electronic BVS 153 Tecumseh Engine?

Hi I have an electronic BVS 153 engine on an MEP rotivator and I am having problems with the curburation. The engine starts but when trying to adjust engine speed to compensate for the workload of the rotivator the engine stalls when put to Max on the lever. Is there a diagram somewhere I can look at to set up the carb as I think a non mechanic person has had a play with it and messed up the adjustments.

It is the air intake valve is opening too much, i have the same motor, i am unsure how i can help with actual guidance but the white plastic piece that moves, you want it horizontal to the pipe as much as possible .... hope that helps :)
