How do I get the back seat out of a Nissan Micra ?

Want to put seat covers on back seat but can't get them out. Its a P reg Nissan Micra - thanks

i have the same problem and searched everywhere and still nothing. someone else on a forum went to www.micrasportsclub.net to look at the same problem and found that brute force helped. i searched that site and did not find anything so im going to try brute force and see what happens. hope this helps a little.
