how can i fix my fiAT DUCATO 1.9 TURBO DIESEL?

My turbo red warning light comes on when i reach 50mph. What is the problem?

When i drive up hill or slight hills my van slows down and jumps so i have to take it down through the gears, i have changed the fuel pump and it seemed to be ok for a while then it started again struggling on small hills.I have a Fiat Ducato 1.9 turbo diesel 1996. Could this be the injectors ???
