Mend Zanussi de6855 Dishwasher Filled Salt

What's wrong with my Zanussi de6855 dishwasher?

Hi, my Zanussi is not drying the dishes properly. I've filled in the salt and rince aid containers properly, so I don't think that's the problem. At the end of the program the dishes are wet and dull. What can it be?

does it heat up during the wash cycle?.open the door mid cycle and make sure lots of steam comes out.if no steam check the relay and track on the pcb in the fascia and also check the heating element
