My Samsung htq100 wont play dvds?

Hi, my htq100 wont play dvds, its fine with cds. Its only 18 months old and rarely used, it used to freeze when skipping scenes, but now it wont play dvds at all, any help would be appreciated.

We have had similar problems...it may just mean that you need to reset it. Remove all Discs and switch the unit off. On the unit itself (not the remote) hold the switch in the "stop" position for 10 seconds and then switch the unit back on. Insert a disc and it should now work.
