See below e-mail exchange I had with AticoUSA the company that distributes T.D.E. products
It seems as if they will send me a new remote to replace my broken one so maybe they will sell you a new one to replace your lost remote.

Message=The remote for my T.D.E Systems 7 inch portable DVD player model # 325721 is no longer working (changed battery and still nothing); it seems that without the remote almost all my DVDs will not go past the root menu even if I press play on the unit itself. Can you tell the trick to get the player to work without a remote or how I can buy one?
