where can my TECUMSEH Vantage 35 lawnmower be fixed?

the rotary blade came loose and snapped both the metal lugs which hold the blade in place, can it be replaced or am i wasting my time.

The blade boss can be replaced - max cost about £10. It's DESIGNED to break in the event of the blade hitting anything really solid, so it's a replaceble part.
