Creda Simplicity Tumble Dryer - heater not working?

My dryer is working as normal only that the heater doesn't seem to be working

their is another thermostat inside the door aperture check to see if the wires connected to it have burnt out, they just visible from the top. the other fault could be the timer.

I have a condenser model T602 CW which has the same problem. I have sought some initial advice which was to check the heater coils at the rear for any breakages and also to replace the 2 thermostats situated near the coils.
Unfortunately I have done this but still have the same problem with mine.
