Mend Flymo 430 Trimmer Fuel Mix

My 430 trimmer stalls?

I took my Flymo 430 strimmer from store where it had been over winter. Found it full of fuel mix! It does start blows smoke then stalls. Adjusting ths choke lever does not help. Any ideas?
