How can i return my cord back into the electrolux vacuum?

My electric cord i cannot make it return can you tell me how to fix this

Depends on what model you have. Regardless, you have to disassemble the canister to get to the problem area. Most steel body tanks break the spring or just get lazy and need oil on the spring and another wind or two on the reel. Plastic models broke the reel itself and jam up. Best have a vac repair place do it.
