Mend Samsung RS21NCSV Freezer Repair

samsung rs21ncsv?

The freezer section will not hold a constant temperature. its been working fine for 5 years until this. we did speak to an engineer who recommended we switch it off for 24 hours and then plug it back in. This did work for about 2 weeks but the problem has now come back.
Please help.
