How can I fix my dell axim X51v?

How can I fix my dell axim X51v, I had to do a hard reset because I forgot my password. Now on start up to align the screen it will not go pass this screen. I have been trying for over an hour now to realign screen

Did anyone ever respond? I am taking my X51v apart as I type. I am stuck at finding the screws to open the case.
