Mend Canon MV530i Problem Tape

did you find out the problem for not taking tapes?

i have similar problem with canon mv530i cmacorder which will not accept any tapes yet compartment for tape will close up correctly when pushed down without tape inserted,must be sensors inside and each side of tape compartment that are faulty.
