Problem with Canon MV6i mc ,Condensation?

Hi Hopefully someone can help me,my canon MV6i camcorder is not working properly, I keep getting the message of "Condensation Has Been Detected".and will not work I cant put a tape in it ejects it. The camera is kept in its bag in warm TV/video cabinet. I have tried leaving the camera on for an hour and open to dry anything out,but of no luck.Has anyone else had this problem and could I fix it or does it have to be serviced.
