Mend HP ZV5000 Laptop Up Screen

HP ZV 5000 laptop?

I have tried to turn on my laptop, all it does is makes a clicking noise, the screen does not come on either just this clicking noise and the three lights on the front panel come on with the boot up light going up and down like its trying to load something any ideas
