Mend Ford Mondeo 2.0i Ghia X Problem Driving

How can I fix a problem on my mondeo 2.0i Ghia X 1999?

Hi,
When im driving my car sometimes u can feel the gear change like some ones ran into the back of u.
But it's not all the time.Sometimes it changes gear real smoothly what could be the problem.

check the colour of the transmission oil, you may need the oil in gearbox replaced if never been done in 10 years, along with the internal bands in the box being adjusted for wear auto boxes do need some adjustment in there life
