I've change the thermostat twice on my 2002 ford mondeo and its still only getting slightly warm but the gauge only moves very slightly off cold even after an hours driving. Has any one had the same problem ???
i have had the same problem on my 2002 mondeo petrol
the gauge will go up to half full heat then when \i turn the blower on it slowly goes back to cold
not figured out what is causing it

hi dave ive the very same thing on an 02 tddi mondeo... It has me cracked up tryin to figure it out... Ive read now that there could be a common fault with the bypass cooling system on top of thermostat housing or something... if u get any info pls inform me cheers Gjones@mymeteor.ie

hi dave,check the circuilation valve on inlet to matrix,electronic valve that often plays up
