How can I fix my dti6300 freeview box?

Upon pressing a menu function button, the whole screen went completely black and I have zero response to anything. There's a rapid flashing orange light on the front, but it won't do anything - won't switch on, off or re-boot. Tried leaving it unplugged overnight, but it's obviously something more serious. Cannot find manual. Help, anyone? please.
