Mend Renault Trafic SWB Warning

how can i stop the hazard warning lights flashing (2001 renault trafic swb ?

The hazard warning lights turn on and cannot be turned off. If i turn on the sidelights they stop for a while.
They will start even when the van is locked or being driven. i have removed the alarm but still have the problem. has any one had this problem and how is it fixed
