how can i fix my honda izy mower?

my mower will start but will only run for about 20 seconds leave it for afew minutes and it will start and run ok for another 20 sec if i can get it warmed up enough it will run ok and i can cut the lawn.i have had the carb off and cleaned several times.
cannot work out what the jet near the flange is and connot see how it is removed cleaned and how to set it ( honda hrg 465 c2 sde)
