cant get out of test mode?

have gone through the 12 steps of rest for my beko washing machine wma1715s but has what do you do after stage 12 end , we have put back to spin with flashing lights , held in the cancel button and nothing happens. The machine is working fine Ijust need to know how to get out of the test mode - any clues please.
