Car 200 radio P reg vauxhall corsa?

When i turn my radio on PHONE is displayed, i have looked in the book and it only tells you how to turn it on and it doesnt tell you how to turn it off! It says that PHONE turns on when you have a hands free, but i havent got a hands free.can anyone help?
