Has anyone come up with an answer for the previously asked power up problem, ie.power and wi-fi lights are on,cd-rom and cooling fan are running but nothing else happens. Help please as i now have the same problem with my lap top
hello i currently have 4 va250d's all exactly same problem switch on but no display.
the board from a fujitsu amilo L7320 fits this va250 the main problem with the swap is the on off switch is in the wrong place, cured this buy simply cutting hole in the top cover and then
simply used araldite glue to replace plastic switch after cutting it from the original L7320 top cover.
the keyboard also has to be changed to allow you to switch on the wifi card. As wifi controlled via keyboard [Ctrl +F2]
so it is possible to carry out repair if you have the know how and patience and of course the parts.
hope this gives hope to a few of you. i also believe the fujitsu siemens Li 1705 motherboard fits but cannot confirm this as have not checked it out myself

have exactly same problem. apparently it is a graphics chip fault. has laptop been dropped at all? when i bang mine against the wall in the right place it works. As graphics are onboard, will need replacement motherboard. Claim off contents insurance if you have it.
