Mend Toshiba M65-S9092 Satellite Laptop

my labtop is not working the right way?

I have a Toshiba Satellite M65-S9092 labtop. I turn it on, put in my password and it goes to window, but after that my wallpaper comes up and it does not goes any further than that.Does any one know what is going on.
