how can i fix my worcester bosch 240 combi?

i have a worcester bosch 240 combi boiler aprox 10 years old. my heating works fine but my hot water has just packed in, at first it just went luke warm but now its cold. any ideas as to wot might be the prob and how to fix it.

The answer lays within the divert valve or heat exchanger, you will need to check the the boiler is switching to hotr water when called for if it is then descale the heat exchanger. If not get a service kit for the divert valve and service the valve i.e change the diapram etc.
